Issac Burrough (1784-1823), son of Thomas and Rebecca Burrough, was born in Waterford Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey. Mary Eavult (1783-1856) was the daughter of Jacob and Abigail Evualt of Newton Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey. They were married in 1811. They had five children, 1811-1821. She married 2) George Horner in 1826 at the Friends Meeting at Newton. They had a daughter, Jane Horner (1828-1916), born in Gloucester County. George Horner died in 1847 at age 84. William C. Davis (1828-1909), son of David and Mary Ann Davis, was born in Salem County, New Jersey. He and Jane Horner were married in 1850. They had eight children, 1850-1871.
