Eric Gustaf Prakt was born in Sweden in 1812. He was married twice and had had nine children. He came with his family to America and settled in Illinois. Information on many of his descendants of his first wife Anna Stina Magnidotter is included in this volume of his descendants. Descendant have remained in Illinois and elsewhere.

Includes Erikson, Christophersen, Mattson, Törnquist, Denton, Bischoff, and related families.
