George Crister (d. ca. 1815) was possibly born in Bavaria, Germany. He married Hester Moore in Harrison County, West Virginia in 1791. They lived in Harrison County, West Virginia, and Fairfield and Warren counties, Ohio. Descendants and relatives lived in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, Oklahoma, California and elsewhere.
Includes Crane, Groom, Miller, Robertson, Roome, Stratton and related families.
