John Coppocke married Joane Wilkinson in Wilmslow, Cheshire, England in 1605/6. One descendant, Mary Coppock (1744-1833) married Marmaduke Coate (1738-1822). Many descendants were Quakers and lived in Pennsylvania, Maryland, North and South Carolina, Indiana, Ohio, Iowa, Oklahoma, Texas, and elsewhere.
