This record has descriptions of all lands allotted and patented to members of the Shawnee tribe and abstracts of all conveyances executed by them which had received approval of the Secretary of Interior for 1860-1874.
The record was filed in 1889 with the county clerk of Johnson County, Kansas.
The record gives to whom patented, description of tract patented, date of sale by patentee, to whom conveyed, and date of approval by the Secretary of Interior.
