Elisha Mason (1759-1858), Revolutionary War soldier, was born at Litchfield, Connecticut, the son of Joseph Mason (1725-1772). Lucretia Webster (1766-1853) was born at Litchfield, the daughter of Benjamin Webster (b. 1736). Elisha and Lucretia were married in 1759. They had twelve children, 1786-1809. Elisha and Lucretia Mason died at Litchfield, Connecticut. Descendants listed lived in Connecticut, New York, Michigan, and elsewhere.
Includes Mason, Kasson, Pierpont, Rickey, Haskell, Mallory, Holcomb and related families.
Also includes ancestors of Elisha and Lucretia Webster Mason. Ancestors include: John Mason (ca. 1652-1698) of Hartford, Connecticut -- Gov. John Webster (b. 1661) of Norfolk, England; Hartford, Connecticut; and Hadley, Massachusetts.
