William Burnett was born in 1771 in New Jersey. He married Mary Wallen (1772-1811) in 1793 in New Jersey. They moved to Ohio in 1801. He married Barbara Huff (1789-1863) in 1811. William had a total of twenty-four children. He died in 1863 in Ohio.

Contains a photocopy of the original family reunion book as well as family group sheets and copies of other documents relating to the Burnett family. The reunion book contains minutes of the reunions (includes some births, marriages, and deaths), rolls of attendees, and a history of William Burnett and family which was read at the 1901 reunion.
