Notes

Microfilm of original records at the Arizona State Archives in Phoenix, Arizona.

Divorce records were kept by the District Court until statehood in 1912. The Superior Court was assigned to handle divorces after 1912.

Some file numbers are missing. There is a note indicating that the missing numbers are civil cases that were not microfilmed as part of this project, or a note stating they were missing at the time of microfilming the divorce files.

The numbering of divorce files started again with #1 after statehood.

Some files are intermixed between the District Court and the Superior Court.
