Family History Library Classes and Webinars for September 2022

The FamilySearch Family History Library has announced its free webinars throughout the month of September 2022. Plan to enhance your genealogical skills with classes on the Research Process Ins and Outs, US Newspaper Research, and an interactive session on United States and Canada Research. Enjoy a Spanish language session on Where to Keep Looking for Records in Mexico Besides FamilySearch entitled, "Ahí está el detalle: dónde seguir buscando registros en México además de FamilySearch" and a session in Chinese from the Get Free Chinese Family Tree Help at FamilySearch Series: "在FamilySearch獲得免費中文家譜幫助系列:FamilySearch中文課程."

If you are a novice, or just getting back into family history, an Overview of FamilySearch, Using the Catalog and Wiki, Family Tree Sources—Best Practices, Using the Family Tree App, and Adding Memories are all beginner level. One additional session on Activities for Everyone is highlights fun family history ideas and creative ways to learn more about your ancestors.

No registration is required. All class times are in MDT (Mountain Daylight Time).

If you cannot attend a live event, most sessions are recorded and can be viewed later at your convenience at Family History Library classes and webinars.
