FamilySearch Global Support Operations NInJA Team

Our missionaries serve from home in FamilySearch’s Global Headquarters Operations on the NInJA team. The NInJA team seeks to understand Needs, encourages Innovation and Joy, and builds Advocacy. We manage processes and develop global standards to help support FamilySearch efforts internationally. We serve in the FamilySearch Community to perform quality assurance, provide training and follow-up trainings for missionaries serving around the world, and research, answer questions and moderate. We also undertake special projects, for instance: Help global teams with image and record projects; gather data from user testing for Product Managers; help reduce operational backlogs, and track user concerns. We also undertake research and identify problems and solutions.

Skills Needed: Good, intermediate computer skills are crucial. In addition, flexibility and the willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and assignments are part of this mission adventure. Familiarity with FamilySearch is required. Because of the global nature of our assignments, fluency in a language in addition to English would be helpful.

Time Commitment: 10–12 hours per week for at least one year.
