Returning spent cartridges from Lexmark printers in North America

FamilySearch centers in North America can return spent Lexmark toner cartridges to Staples. 

In the United States, call Staples at 1-877-295-0003 for a return label. If the phone prompts you to enter a customer number, press 5 to bypass the prompt.

In Canada, if a Staples truck delivers the new cartridge, give the used cartridge to the driver. Otherwise, call 1-877-272-2121 for a return label.
