In the past, the FamilySearch Center Operations Guide had a guest sign-in log. The current guide does not include a form. We removed the form because centers are unique and want to record different information about guest visits.
We recommend you create your own guest sign-in page to fit the needs of your center and to collect information useful to you and your priesthood leaders. Consider the information you need when you fill out your Monthly Report as you create your page.
If you want to see the Log-in History for the computer, you can use the Windows Event Viewer:
1. Click the Start Menu.
2. Type Event Viewer and open it.
3. Expand Windows Logs and select Security.
4. In the middle is a list with Date and Time, Source, Event ID, and Task Category.
The Task Category pretty much explains the event, Log-on, Special Log-on, Log-off, and other details.
