You do not receive the emails you signed up for

If you do not receive the emails that you have signed up for, here are things to check:

  • If you have multiple email addresses, you could be looking in the wrong account. The newsletter goes to the email listed in your FamilySearch contact settings.
  • Your email provider could filter the email into your spam folder. Check there. If you find it, specify that it is not junk.
