How do I see, print, and download my completed ordinances list?

Share

Your completed ordinances list shows the family names whose temple ordinances you reserved and whose ordinances are completed. The list can show up to 3,000 items of temple work. Items remain on the list for 2 years. You can print and download the names on the list as a record of work done.

Here are actions that cause names to be on your list:

  • You printed the card and completed the ordinances.
  • You printed the card, and someone else used it to complete the ordinances.
  • You shared the family name with the temple, and someone else did the ordinances.

Steps (website)

  1. Sign in to FamilySearch.org, and click Temple.
  2. Click Completed.
  3. To the left of a name, click the check box. Or, to print all of them, at the top of the Person column, click the check box.
  4. At the top, click Print.
  5. To download the list, click Download List. The download is saved as a CSV file in your browser's download folder. It contains all of the names on the completed ordinances list, regardless of how many check boxes are selected.

Steps (mobile app)

  1. In the Family Tree mobile app, display your family names list:
    • Apple iOS: Tap Temple.
    • Android: In the top-left corner, tap the 3 lines, and then tap Temple.
  2. At the top of the screen, scroll horizontally until you see the Completed tab.
  3. Tap Completed.
  4. Beside each ordinance you want to print, tap the circle.
  5. Tap Print.

Note: The download feature is not available in the Family Tree mobile app.
