Pages or images sometimes appear smudged, blurred, or not to have been photographed properly. Parts of pages might be missing because of a photographer's error. If the information is missing because of a torn page in a book, nothing can be done. In such cases, index the information that is available, and mark the required fields <Blank> where information is missing.
Steps
If the image contains no required information, such as names, dates, or places, follow the steps below to return the batch.
- At the top left of the screen, click Batch.
- In the drop-down list, click Return Batch.
If multiple indexers return the same batch, the project management team reviews the image.
