The Research Wiki contains thousands of resources to help you find your ancestors. The Wiki is available on the full website.

Steps

  1. Go to the FamilySearch Research Wiki website.
  2. Use the search box to type in a place or topic. You see article titles as you type. Click a title and open the article.
  3. You can also click List of all Localities. Click a place name. Or, to see a list of jurisdictions within a place, click an arrow to the left of the name. Then click a place.
  4. For more help, above the world map, click Find Search Tips.
