How do I find stats for my participation in indexing and Get Involved?

Indexing statistics are now combined with Get Involved Reports. You can find the statistics for your participation in Get Involved activities on the website and the Get Involved mobile app.

Steps (website)

Get Involved

1. On FamilySearch.org, click Get Involved. Then, click Opportunities.
   
   • In the section titled Opportunities, you will see a summary of your contributions: records indexed, names reviewed, and countries helped.

   Note: Any indexing contributions that you completed before the creation of Get Involved are in the process of being imported.
   

2. For more details, click My Indexing. You can see your indexing and review stats in various ways:
   
   • My Indexing Totals section: See the total names indexed or reviewed.
   • Progress section: See a chart with stats calculated by month, quarter, year, or all-time. Use the options to specify the timeframe you would like to see.
     Above the Progress section, change Indexing to Review. Then use the options to specify the time frame you would like to see.
     Below the Progress section, click on Projects to see the last 5 projects that you worked on.
3. To view, download, or print Get Involved Reports:
   
   • On FamilySearch.org, click Get Involved. Then, click Overview.
   • Click Reports.
   • The Get Involved Reports page has interactive graphs to easily view indexing and review progress.
   • In the blue banner at the top of the page, choose a specific ward unit from the drop-down menu.
   • Reports can be customized by clicking the tabs: This Month, This Year, or Custom Dates.
   • Click the printer icon to print the report.
     

Access to Reports (For members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints)

A report tab shows in Get Involved on the FamilySearch website. The reports are downloadable. Some members can view the reports:

• Stake presidency
• Stake high councilors
• Stake Relief Society presidency
• Stake family history consultants
• Ward family history leaders
• Ward or Branch Elder's Quorum presidency
• Ward or Branch Relief Society
• Ward bishopric or Branch presidency
• Ward or branch young men and young women presidencies.

Steps (mobile app)

In the Get Involved mobile app, tap Contributions to see how many names you have reviewed. Indexing stats are not available.
