Use the steps below to copy files from the administrator desktop to the patron desktop. Keep in mind that this does not work for programs—only files and shortcuts.
- Sign in to the computer as an administrator.
- Click Computer.
- Navigate to the Users folder (C:\Users).
- Open the administrator folder.
- Open the desktop folder.
- Copy the files you want from the administrator desktop.
- Navigate to the patron folder.
- Open the patron desktop folder.
- Paste the files in the patron desktop contents list.
- All of the selected icons from step 6 now show in the patron desktop folder.
