To start a download in Record Exchange, you will need a Chromium-based browser such as:
- Chrome
- Edge
- Opera
Browsers like Safari, Firefox, and Opera-Mini are not Chromium-based and do not support the technology necessary to run Record Exchange.
Note: Record Exchange is a tool FamilySearch has created to collaborate with archives and other record custodians.
