Criteria for funding FSC upgrades through the Annual R&I Planning process.

FamilySearch Center coordinators work with the local facility representative and collaborate with local priesthood leaders to identify individual center needs based on the FamilySearch Center Signage & Interior Standards Guide. The guide is also available with your local facility manager.

As needs are identified the facility representative works with the facility manager to make an R&I request for an upcoming annual plan. All requests are evaluated based on available budget, the usage of the FamilySearch Center, and the condition of the FamilySearch Center.

Please keep the following in mind:

1. The funds for 2024 are already budgeted.
2. All 2025 projects are prioritized on the above stated criteria.
3. For future years, all projects must be requested before June 1.
4. FamilySearch Centers in shared spaces (not in a specific FamilySearch Center room) are typically part of a regular building refresh as those occur.
