Beginning December 13th, record searching on the familysearch.org website will require a sign-in for all users. Please see the following blog article for more information.

December Changes in Review

Starting December 5, 2017, the familysearch.org domain for API calls is now deprecated. Your code should now be moved to the api.familysearch.org domain which has been available since the last newsletter. Please be aware that calls will be redirected with a 301 response.

Starting December 6th, integration.familysearch.org/platform will redirect to api-integ.familysearch.org/platform with a 301 response.

Please watch for a further announcement regarding the Beta and Production environment redirects.

Upcoming March Changes

There are no new changes going into effect in March
