A data type that supports hypermedia controls (i.e. links).

resourceId	string	The id of the discussion being referenced.	FTR
resource	string	The URI to the resource. For more information, see Architecture of the World Wide Web, Volume One, Section 2
attribution	Attribution	The attribution metadata for this discussion reference.

links	map of Link	The list of hypermedia links. Links are not specified by GEDCOM X core, but as extension elements by GEDCOM X RS.
