Memory Lane: Family Memories Preservation Center

Walk-ins are welcomed, however to ensure you can use the equipment you need, a reservation is the best way to ensure it will be available when you arrive at the Center

Your reservation conformation email will contain a cancellation link. We appreciate you letting us know if you cannot make your appointment

Memory Lane is located North from the entrance to the Center.

Our address is at 3740 W Market Center Drive, Riverton, UT 84065. Our building does not have a FamilySearch Center sign. We are located inside the Riverton Office Building (a four story building) on the first floor. The receptionist at the desk inside the door can give you directions.

You may park in any of the spaces in the parking lot. There are parking spots right in front of the building and on the South side of the building.

Parking is free.

Go to the Memory Lane Desk and one of the specialists will be happy to assist you with any of your questions.

With exception to reel to reel audio, all digitizing of patron media is done by the patron. Specialists are available to provide training on how to us the equipment and be available to assist you as needed. All reel to reel audio tape are digitized by Memory Lane specialists by reservation available on this website.

We require you to remain with your media during the entire digitalization process. Digitizing this type media is in real time. Please ensure you have time in your schedule to stay for the entire digitalization process of your media. Reel to reel audio tapes are the exception. All reel to reel audio tape are digitized by Memory Lane Specialist by reservation available on this website. You will drop this off and can leave. When the digitalization process is complete you will be called to come and pick them up.

We recommend a 32Gb or higher flash drive or hard drive with FAT32 format

There is no cost to digitize your media.
