We are on the Los Angeles Temple grounds, and parking for the FamilySearch Center is free.
When you are heading east on Santa Monica Blvd, turn left and go north on Manning. You will quickly come to Eastborne. Turn left, and drive up the slight hill onto the temple grounds, where you will turn right and follow the street. You will see the Visitor's Center as you pass the temple. Park on the street in front of or across from the entrance to the FamilySearch Center / Family History Library, which is located downstairs from the VC. There is a grey post-sign in front of the entrance. You may use the elevator or go down the stairs.
From the San Diego (405) Freeway, exit onto Santa Monica Blvd and go east 13 blocks. Turn left from Santa Monica Boulevard onto Manning, make the first left onto Eastborne and the entrance to Temple Hill. Follow the signs to the Temple Visitor's Center.
From the Santa Monica (10) Freeway, exit on Overland off-ramp, then go north on Overland to Santa Monica Boulevard. Turn right on "Big" Santa Monica Boulevard then an immediate left on Manning Avenue, first left on Eastborne and the entrance to Temple Hill. Follow the signs to the Temple Visitor's Center. Once you come in the gate at Eastborne off Manning just north of Santa Monica Boulevard, turn right. The Temple is on your left. Drive past the Temple, and you will see the Visitors’ Center.
We are in the same building as the Visitors’ Center, but our doors are on the east side of the building. Drive past the front of the Visitors’ Center and park in one of the marked parking spots. After parking, come in the glass double-doors for the Los Angeles Mission Office and the Family History Library / FamilySearch Center. Either take the stairs or the elevator to the lower level. Once on the lower level, turn left and go to the double doors for the Los Angeles FamilySearch Center at the west end of the hall. If you arrive at the Los Angeles Mission office, turn around. We are at the opposite end.
