Group Visits & Reservations

INSTRUCTIONS for making Group Reservations: After clicking the BLUE button below, a scheduling website (SignUpGenius) will appear. Please ensure the following steps are taken in order to complete your group reservation:

• As you consider a date for your group visit, be sure to plan for at least 7 days' advance notice.
• Once you have selected the date, click on the blue group reservation button at the bottom of this paragraph. You will be taken to a separate SignUpGenius website.
• Find the date and time on this website that you have selected, then click on the 'Sign Up' button in the right column, followed by the 'Save & Continue' button at the bottom.
• A second page will appear with blank boxes needing to be filled in. Be sure to insert your first and last name, email, and phone number, as we will reach out to you for verification about your visit.
• Also, ensure that you fill in the "MY COMMENT" box next to the date and time with the following information, allowing us to adequately prepare for your visit: Organization (RS, YM, YW, etc.); Estimated number attending (7, 10, 15, etc.); Help Needed: (FamilySearch instruction, Temple names, etc.); Other pertinent info.
• Once all the boxes are filled in, click on the "Sign Up Now" button.
• Your reservation is now 'booked' and we will be immediately notified, allowing us plan for your upcoming visit.
