Family Tree is a shared, combined family database that is available for the entire world to use as a place to store their family history information.
Our goal with Family Tree is to collect the most accurate, documented information and stories and photos about each person found on the family tree. We then make this information freely available to everyone. We do this so that we can learn and discover our family histories, and preserve this information for generations to come. A person can view and update their personal page in Family Tree through their pedigree chart or through the fan chart.
In Family Tree we all work together to collect and verify the best possible information and put this in a single profile about a person. Each personal profile page in Family Tree has important information about that person; including birth, marriage and death dates and places, family relationships, sources, photos, and stories.
