A manse with dovecot and 4 virgates land, 1 virgate with a messuage in villenage, 4 cottages, a grove, a water-mill, and 10d. rent from two free tenants (names given), held of John son and heir of William le Botiler of Wemme, of the fee of the earl of Warwick, who is under age and in the king's wardship, by service of 1 knight.
Stodleye. 6s rent from two freemen holding 2 messuages.

He died on Saturday the eve of the close of Easter, 12 Edw. I.
He had four sisters, of whom Christiana the eldest is dead, and her son and heir named Hugh Trenchevent is aged 60 and more; another sister named Hawis is also dead, whose son named William de Whitenton is aged 40 and more; the third sister named Joan still survives and is aged 80 and more; and the fourth sister named Maud is dead and her son John is aged 26 and more: the said Hugh, William, Joan and John are his next heirs.
