Microfilm made of originals located in the National Archives, Harare, Zimbabwe.
Includes baptisms, banns and marriages, burials and other church records from Salisbury parish and Salisbury district, now Harare, Zimbabwe. The Diocese of Mashonaland (along with the Diocese of Matabeliland) were taken from South Africa and became the country of Southern Rhodesia. Part of it became the Diocese of Southern Rhodesia. Therefore records from the same place may have different names. Likewise, the Parish of Salisbury later included the "Cathedral" which became the Cathedral of St. Mary and All Saints, which later became its own parish church.
