Nel 1810 l'autonomia municipale di Virle fu soppressa e il territorio fu aggregato a quello di Mazzano. Poi, nel 1816 Virle ritornò comune autonomo. Nel 1862 il comune cambiò denominazione in Virle Treponti e nel 1928 Virle Treponti fu aggregato a Rezzato. Sono compresi i registri dalla frazione di Treponti, la quale fu frazione di Virle. In 1810 the autonomous municipality of Virle was suppressed and became part of Mazzano. Then, with the end of the Napoleonic reign, it returned to its autonmous status in 1816. In 1862 its name was changed to Virle Treponti and in 1928 it became a hamlet of Rezzato. Records include those of Treponti which at one time was a hamlet of Virle.
