Lola Naty is a very tall lady and a great cook. I can still remember the delicious chicken hamonado and halayang ube that she used to cook during fiesta. She got married at 15 years old and became a mom at age 16. She is a 7th grade graduate which is equivalent to a Bachelors degree during that time w/c qualifies her to teach in school. My mom said she speaks English well and has a beautiful hand writing that she is the one who used to write love letters for my mom's suitors in her behalf.
