Civil registration of births, marriages, deaths from Portales (Circumscription), Santiago, Region Metropolitana, Chile.
La antigua circunscripción de Portales (1891) comprendía las subdelegaciones urbanas de Gasómetro, Yungay, Capuchinos y San Rafael y pertenecía a la Municipalidad de Santiago. Actualmente es un área de la comuna de Quinta Normal, en la provincia de Santiago.
