  1. Why on earth did you change a very useful
tool/search engine that was of vast help to many thousands of amateur genealogists. I despair at the sad dipstick(s) who choose to lock so many out for the sake of greed.

  2. I am sad to say that I have to agree that the site is not user friendly at all. I am perplexed at why this has changed – not for the better. I used to use it a lot. It is a disaster!

  3. I am finding exactly the same problem on all the sites things i printed off back in 2006 are no longer available and the way everything on all sites i am going back to is far harder to find anything or print things, how can we go backwards instead of forwards with the technology we have now. I can only presume its for the same reason to make money out of it. I would much prefer to pay some money for the user friendly version. At least give a choice.

    1. I agree nothing but nothing is the same as it used to be. I’ve tried to renew a printout I made in 2005. Saying NO RECORD.

  4. Every time I try to look for a record, the page either freezes or the page is blank, no matter what I type nothing happens, so frustrating, and cannot even get the first page of Isi to come up.! Urgh….

  5. I cannot understand why you would change this site which was so popular . It was better when it was just those printed lists. Honestly I am so sorry to say this but it is hopeless to understand .why have you changed such a brilliant site. This was the first family history I ever used and it was so good Now it is cumbersome and I deeply regret it. It was the first site I ever used and I and so many others loved it
