Usage
This template is to be inserted at the top of articles about proposed policies before they reach consensus and are adopted. To do this type {{Policy Proposal}} on the first line of the article.
The template will add a text box explaining the status of the article and inviting users to contribute to the discussion page. Articles using this template will also be added to Category:Policy proposals.
