Civil Registration and Vital Records are synonymous. One or the other should be removed as a duplication in the topics list. I'm under the impression, that outside of the United States, birth, marriage, and death records are usually termed "Civil Registration." Murphynw 16:31, 16 June 2011 (UTC)
