The Digital Library of Costa Rica (SINABI) includes books related to history, culture, and biographies. Works are mostly in Spanish; a few are bilingual.

The Blue Book of Costa Rica

Published in 1916, this book contains a history of Costa Rica, including biographical information and photographs. The book is bilingual and is divided into 47 pdf files that you can download from SINABI. An index is provided.
