Court of Common Pleas
Court records for the Court of Common Pleas in Antigua are kept at the Antigua National Archives. "ROE" (Record of Enrollment) books, which include deeds, wills and other estate documents, account books, mortgages, powers of attorney, documents subscribed before notary publics, and other legal documents filed with the court. The years 1676 to 1907 have been microfilmed: FHL Collection 1855671 ff.
Some of these records have been abstracted and made available online through Caribbean Genealogy's Antigua Film Project.
England Privy Council
Caribbeana carried a series of articles on appeals to the Privy Council from the West Indies, which includes Antigua residents:
