Would it be possible to list what counties in Ohio are included in this collection? There are 88 counties in the state. I suspect they are not all represented in this collection. Thank you for any help.

Question and Answer #1 gives you a list of counties that are not available. For a list of the counties in Ohio, see  Wikipedia page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_counties_in_Ohio  This is easier than listing 84 counties.
