Centering

I don't think it is a good idea to center the whole page. The area up to "Library Rules" is not a problem but the rest does not look right and is more difficult to read. brissonbankscv@familysearch.org.

Pedigree Resource File

I wanted more info on the Pedigree Resource File and I followed a link which took me to the Family History Library which was no use to me that I could find.

I have found a related family and would like to contact the submitters to provide them with additional info.

How do I do that ?
