Talk:Assize Court RecordsEdit This Page
From FamilySearch Wiki
It seems Assize Court Records and Assize Records in England could be merged or one eliminated unless there is a purpose for both articles.
I agree that these could be merged. It looks like one came from the research outline and the other may be from a British Reference Staff training assignment.

Image copyright concerns
Replaced the old blue sky version of this statue because of copyright concerns as indicated in the talk page at User talk:Erasoft24 last entry indicates probable copyright violation.
This white background image was apparently photographed and uploaded by the author, himself.

Image Question?
Is there a reason behind an illustration of a Tasmanian penitentiary on a page about English assizes. I am sorry but this image does not seem appropriate.

- I agree. Perhaps there could be case of an indirect connection, as some sentences may have include penal transportation. However I have changed the image to one of a former Assize Court, which I hope others will agree is a better selection. --Steve (talk| contribs) 19:13, 7 May 2012 (UTC)
