The Swedish-American Historical Society
The Society sponsors two meetings annually for its members, including periodic academic conferences featuring noted speakers and panelists, dinner meetings in Chicago, and field trips to Swedish-American sites. Nordic Genealogical Society of Southern California
Open meetings ment as tutorials for anyone interested in Scandinavian research. Meets on the second Saturday at 2 p.m. in January, March, May, July, September and November at the Los Angeles Family History Library, 12741 Santa Monica Bl., Los Angeles, California.
