Church Records
Sævik belonged to Fosnes clerical district 1689-1823. It was then part of Overhalla (Ranem) from 1819 until 1865. In 1860 Sævik (Klinga) parish was divided with the district north of Bjørumselva and Namsenfjorden becoming a new parish called Vemundvik.
