Record Description

The collection consists of civil registration (stato civile) of births, marriages, and deaths within the custody of the State Archive of Taranto (Archivio di Stato di Taranto). Includes ten-year indexes (indici decennali); marriage banns (notificazioni o pubblicazioni); diverse records (atti diversi); marriage supplemental documents (processetti); and supplemental documents (allegati). Availability of records is largely dependent on time period and locality. This collection of civil registration records covers the years 1809 to 1900.
