Administrators cannot change usernames. Prior to the incorporation of the FamilySearch account registration, only bureaucrats could change a username, and only if the "Renameuser" extension was installed in the wiki, which it wasn't. Further research is needed to find out if FamilySearch or LDS Account

user names can be changed by anyone other than the user themselves. --Fran 03:59, 25 April 2010 (UTC)

Clarification:

It would be helpful to most users to have a definitiont of "Skin".
