Clerical probate records for Fosen deanery, 1691-1814 in Sør-Trøndelag county.It includes these clerical districts:

  • Bjørnør
  • Åfjord
  • Bjugn
  • Ørland
  • Hitra
  • Frøya
  • Hemne
  • Stadsbygd

These records include probates of priests, parish clerks, schoolteachers and their widows. The probate records usually contains the date of probate, name of the deceased, names of heirs, guardians and trustees, inventory lists, land and holdings, and other miscellaneous information.
