• We probably won't have design revisions for Rootstech - options to use the current design or not use one at all
• There is a Tech Tips business card 
• Decision - make generic cards that will be available for Wiki people to hand out as a share item for possible contributors - we will pursue an official one for future use - this can be opportunity to see how this works and get comments

• Darris, Janell, Jane - Widget box status (links on blogs, etc.) - nothing new - needs to be designed, along with the business cards

Style Guide Discussions

• We had a good discussion on this page and will look at it again next week before the design goes live on pages

• Some press releases have been copied into the wiki verbatim. Finding and updating/integrating press release content might be a good project. - Lise

Training Requests

Improve the Wiki

• Training - instructional videos timing out excessively.  Has this been a concern addressed in earlier sessions?  Patience & frustration factor especially in early intro to wiki process.  Caroline 

We think this is a problem on her computer

• Archiving wiki forums and even community past meetings [i.e. 2011 links].  Do we have a system in place to archive wiki items as part of cleanup? Caroline
