Updates and follow up
- Is anyone clicking through to Forums from the Wiki? Nathan has Site Catalyst results. Murphynw 17:14, 15 May 2012 (UTC)
- Forums pages were recently moved and the new pages don't have the catalyst code on them so we need to have the engineers replace that code.
- Elder Meyers and Elder Riggs did look at pages with links to Fourms on them in the Wiki, but only one page showed up.
- We don't have a firm answer on whether the link is being used and could be eliminated from the Nav box

Business/Announcements
- 1000 Link Limit --- Linkpendium. Is this a problem? Murphynw 17:56, 11 May 2012 (UTC)
- If you go directly to the link, it doesn't link to Linkpendium.
- Should we have a style guide that says to not harvest links from Linkpendium.
- It might be good to create an article about Linkpendium and have links to larger categories.
- Wholesale harvesting of links from Linkpendium should be noted as being unethical.
- Style Guide- how we use link aggregators - deep linking, harvesting
- Template:Linkpendium has resources for this county (example)? Then the researcher finds the link there, himself.
- There should be verbage with links, that gives information, not just a list of links.
- Our main objective is to help the researcher. If we don't have the information, links to other sites that do have it, could be used. There should be a purpose for sending them from the Wiki.
- Migration pages could be good models.
- The fewer clicks, the better.
- Nathan volunteered to write this up.
- We need to have more discussion on "ethical" versus "legal" (Wilma)
- Approach Linkpendium about extending the 1,000 limit - Darris or the library (Nathan, Danielle)
- 1000 Link Limit --- Linkpendium. Is this a problem? Murphynw 17:56, 11 May 2012 (UTC)
