Kudos go to ...
- Jim Ericson of FamilySearch Marketing for posting a FamilySearch blog post about The Great Illinois Genealogy Scavenger Hunt (June 13, 2011). https://www.familysearch.org/node/1233
- User:DWalsh2 (Diane Walsh) of the Great Illinois Genealogy Scavenger Hunt. She has overcome the hurdle of FamilySearch Wiki data entry and edited the St. Clair County, Illinois page herself. She also figured out how to use the internal email communication system! Murphynw 00:11, 11 June 2011 (UTC)

Moderators and Adopters
- Taneya Koonce, who regularly adds content to the Wiki as a North Carolina adopter, in replying to adopter Jan Edwards, asked me (Nathan Murphy) the following question:
- Why is it that some of the FamilySearch Genealogy Community Facebook pages use the FS logo and others (like the NC group and the SC group) do not? Since these pages are sponsored by FamilySearch I think it would best and most appropriate for the FS logo to be used - this would make it immediately identifiable for anyone visiting the site and help provide continuity for the FS brand. I would like to request that the NC group have a FS logo if I could.
- I copy Nathan as he's been my primary contact for the Wiki project, but perhaps he can also shed light on this? Thanks so much!
Interpretation by Nathan Murphy: If I understand correctly, I believe the North Carolina adopters have seen the Illinois Genealogy Research Community page on Facebook and are working on a North Carolina page that resembles it: North Carolina Genealogy Research Community . They are wondering if FamilySearch plans to add logos to Research Community Facebook pages for each state that has been created. They'd like it to look official. Thanks for your comments and expertise! Murphynw 17:15, 14 June 2011 (UTC)
