Deceased Member Records 1941-1988Edit This Page
From FamilySearch Wiki
The Deceased Member Records includes most members who died between 1941-1988. The records include membership information, names of children still living at home after 1941, and their spouses. The records are on microfilm with the film numbers in Jaussi and Chaston's book1 (sections 2-32 to 2-38) for the period up to and including 1977; thereafter search Family History Library Catalog doing a Title search "Deceased membership records 1941-1988" for details. You must scroll down to end of the film notes for 1979 onward. Films are not available to family history centers. After a member dies, vital information from Ward records should become available on the International Genealogical Index.
