Family Associations and Organizations
Organizations dedicated to finding information on a specific ancestor or ancestral family. (Members of the organization are usually descendants of that family.) Family organizations often create lineage-linked genealogies of ancestors and descendants of the family. They may hold family reunions, publish family histories, distribute family newsletters, etc.
