Search for matching places.
- In the Place field, type the name of the town, county, or other place that you are looking for.
- To narrow the search, type the name of a larger place in the Part Of field.
Exception: Do not type "United States" or "Canada" in the Part of field. For example:
- To find all towns and counties in the world named Barton, type Barton in the Place field, and leave the Part Of field blank.
- To find all towns in England named Barton, type Barton in the Place field and England in the Part Of field.
- To find the town of Barton in the county of Stafford, type Barton in the Place field and Stafford in the Part Of field.
- For counties, do not type the word "County."
